OrthoFit was founded to bridge the gap between orthopedic care and lifelong wellness. We partner with healthcare organizations to design, launch, and manage cash-based fitness programs that keep patients engaged beyond recovery and bring new community members into the system, creating a two-way referral engine that drives both clinical and fitness growth.
As healthcare shifts toward prevention and lifestyle-based wellness, orthopedic and medical groups are uniquely positioned to lead. Communities trust these organizations, and demand for integrated, proactive health solutions continues to rise.
OrthoFit provides a fully white-label solution that allows organizations to offer medically integrated fitness, performance, and wellness services under their own brand. This positions them as holistic, future-focused leaders while extending their reach into prevention, long-term health, and lifestyle-based care.
Working alongside providers, we build programs that strengthen engagement, improve outcomes, and generate new referrals and revenue across the entire continuum of care.
President & Co-Founder
Cory has spent over 15 years in the fitness and performance industry, including 13 years with Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI), one of the largest privately held orthopedic groups in the country. During his time there, he helped conceive the Health Performance Institute (HPI), developing IBJI’s integrated fitness division from the ground up. Through that experience, Cory helped design and implement a model that connects rehabilitation, training, and wellness under one coordinated system, creating new referral pathways, scalable revenue streams, and a stronger brand presence for the orthopedic practice. At OrthoFit, he now helps other orthopedic groups do the same: bringing his experience in staff integration, operational systems, and performance programming to help practices launch their own high-performing fitness and wellness divisions.
